This tablet contains (20 mg) of Fosinopril sodium + (12.5 mg) of Hydrochlorothiazide, which is used to treat high blood pressure.

NOTE: This pill shows up as round and not oblong, however it is not uncommon to see manufacturers change the shape of a pill over time.
