Hi Drusilla,

An oblong/oval shaped white pill imprinted with "93 27" one side and blank on the other side is identified as Enalapril maleate (5 mg). The "93" and "27" are separated by a vertical score line.

Enalapril is a treatment for high blood pressure that works by modulating the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone (RAS) system.

This generic brand of excedrine I believe comes from the Dollar General Store because I have an entire bottle sitting here and the shape and imprint are exactly the same as what you have inquired about; white and oblong, 2793. Ingredients consist of caffeine, asprin, and acetaminophen.
