This tablet is manufactured by Apotex Corp. and they list it as containing 40mgs of Atorvastatin, which is used to help lower cholesterol levels.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and joint/muscle aches.
It would be best to sweep up and make sure no others are scattered about, as it could be too much for a small child.
