Equate is actually the name used by Wal-Mart on all of their store brand products.

The tablet with this marking is manufactured by LNK International and they list it as containing 250mgs of Acetaminophen, 250mgs of Aspirin and 65mgs of Caffeine, this medication is most commonly used to treat migraines.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, stomach irritation and nervousness.
