Hello,
Just to confirm, I have also identified the pill with the imprint "44175" as Acetaminophen (500 mg).
Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Does anyone know what BUPAP is /
ans what is BUTALBITAL , & Acetaminophen ???
Hollen,
If you're talking about Butapap (which is the chemical combination of Acetaminophen and Butalbital), then here is a description I have on it:
This medicine is a barbiturate and analgesic combination used to treat tension headaches.
