Hi jon,
Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a half white/half tan oblong shaped pill, marked with "06/012D" on one side and blank on the other. This particular tablet is identified as Allegra-D (12 hour), containing: fexofenadine 60mg + pseudoephedrine 120mg - a combination commonly used to treat hay fever.
NOTE: the tan side does appear to resemble mustard, in that it also has little brown freckles/specks throughout that side of the pill. It is manufactured by Sanofi-Aventis, has a National Drug Code of 00088-1090, and is about 19mm in size.
