I believe the marking you're looking at is actually M L8 and this tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, they list it as containing 0.1mg of Levothyroxine.

This medication is most commonly used to treat thyroid disorders, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, hair loss and weight changes.
