Oblong Plain Pill Bitter No Markings

I found an white oblong shaped pill with absolutely no markings on either side and it tastes sort of sour or bitter when you lick it. found it in my daughters room ? anyone know?

I can't imagine it is a pharmacy/Dr prescribed medication. All medicines, except vitamins, need a marking to be identified. Unless she got them from overseas pharmacies (black market) sent to her. I have had some xanax come with no markings.
