I was able to identify a Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50mg oral tablet that matches your description. This medication is used to temporarily relieve symptoms of hay fever or other upper repiratory allergies such as runny nose, itchy eyes, sneezing, itchy nose or throat. Here is some information I was able to obtain from the NIH on this particular pill (NDC 49483-329)
