The pill you have is Balacet, which is a combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate (325 mg - 100 mg).

Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate is used to treat mild pain and is additionally an anti-tussive and local anesthetic.
