This tablet with the A 08 marking contains 15mg Mirtazapine (NDC 65862-0031 ).

Inactive Ingredients:

- corn starch
- low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose
- magnesium stearate
- silicon dioxide
- lactose monohydrat
- hypromellose 2910 (6 mPa.s)
- titanium dioxide
- hydroxypropyl cellulose
- ferric oxide yellow

The tablet with the logo, and 722 on it contained 50mgs of Sertraline, which is an antidepressant. NDC: 00228-2722 This tablet has been discontinued.
