This s an over the counter product called Flu Relief BLOOD PRESSURE Maximum Strength. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 2mgs of Chlorpheniramine and 15mgs of Dextromethorphan. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
