Obama Vs Mccain Health Care Plans

I would like to get everyone's feedback as to who you think has a better healthcare plan for this year's election. Obama or McCain? And why do you think that?

I personally think that whichever one would make health care more universally affordable would be the best way to go. Let everyone have access to medical care, and if people can afford it, allow them to spend a bit extra to get more of what they want. It's hard to sift through all the propaganda and figure out the truth of what each candidate stands for.
