Nuzak Snd Cymgen Together

Can cymgen and nuzak be taken together? My friend has been prescribed both to be taken: :cymgen x1 and nuzak x2 daily
This seems strange to me

While there can be some risks to taking both of them, since both of them can elevate serotonin levels, they are in different medication classes and can be taken together, as long as someone is being carefully monitored by their doctor.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes.
