Nustrate Side Effects -bleeding

Hi. My name is Precious. I used nustrate for the first time a month ago, first weeks were fine but now I've been bleeding for a week endlessly. is this normal??? I'm so worried

The can be a side effect of this medication, as reported by the U.S. FDA. It's other typical side effects may possibly include nasuea, dizizness, headache, PMS-like symptoms and irritability.
