Fluimicil contains the active ingredient Acetylecystein. It is generally used to reduce the extent of liver injury after an overdose of Acetaminophen.
Due to the high doses required, the patient should be watched for an overdosage of this medication, signs may include nausea and vomiting.
You should also watch for increased blood pressure and hypoxia.
