I located the pill in description to be an 800 mg Gabapentin (Nuerotin) tab.

Gabapentin was originally developed for the treatment of epilepsy, and is currently widely used to relieve neuropathic pain.

Gabapentin's most common side effects in adult patients include dizziness, drowsiness, and peripheral edema (swelling of extremities); these mainly occur at higher doses, in the elderly.
