Unfortunately there does not seem to be much information on Nucleo CMP forte in the United States. From what I am finding in my research the drug is primarily used in South America.

Depending on where you go it can be considered either a prescription drug or an over the counter drug. Some other users have reported it being unavailable for long periods of time in Mexico while others in Panama say it's easily obtainable in convenience stores.
