Np 12 Pink Pill Time Release

Usually take Percent 10mg and this time was given round Pink pill with N P 12, I've had a number of serious knee and leg surgeries and I've been taking for two days and I'm not feeling very well, stomach is upset and feeling nauseous but not to bad. Is this extended release? It was prescribed every 4-6 hours, is that right? Is this the same Medicine? I'm worried I was given the wrong Meds, but looking it up it does not seem different. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
