Not Getting Periods Even After Having Regestrone 5mg Tab

My periods got 7 days late so I took advise from my friend and had 3 tabs of susten 100mg for 3 days. Then after 2 3 days doctor advised me take Regestrone 5m for 5 days. Now it's 4 days after stopping the tab still I have no periods. Please help
