Not Getting Period After Taking Femilion

i am 27, married, have been diagnosed with Cyst in my right ovary, small one (3.6*3.9). Got irregular periods recently. Have thyroid too (6.07). I have been prescribed to take Femilion by my Gynec. But, its been 5day after completing my first 21days cycle of Femilion, and i didnot get my periods yet. Can you tell me how long will it actually take.
