Spasmo Canulase, is a wonderful med for digestive disorders but not for constipation, it's more for SPASM (indigestion) or you can use it as an enzyme when you know you are going to get sick after eating. The U.S. does not sell it because it will really hurt the Doctors and medicine factories big money business. Unfortunately it's all about the money.

It is sold over the counter in Mexico, Central America and most of South America and most probably also in the Caribbean.
