Hi jun,

Based on my research, the normal creatinine range is listed from anywhere between 24 and 204 U/L; so 250 would be considered high in my opinion. However there are some easy ways to lower and control it over time; primarily through maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly.

Additionally, there are various herbs such as cinnamon, dandelion, and ginseng, which can also be useful in managing creatinine levels.

Have you considered seeing a nephrologist for further evaluation?
