Hello, Mari! How are you?
A slow taper would be best, to help eliminate most of the withdrawal symptoms, which the NIH lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, rebound pain, depression, and diarrhea.
If you stop abruptly, it may take a month, or more for them all to taper off and go away.
Is there anything else I can help with?
