Originally, the difference between these brands was the dosage, however, due to the changes which have been made to the amount of Acetaminophen they can use in them, that is no longer true. It is really best to just consider them all to be the same, they contain varying doses of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, though there are rare cases where the Acetaminophen may be lower.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.
