It goes without saying that you should always check with your pain doctor before increasing your dose of hydrocodone (your Norco is 10 mg of hydro and 325 mg of Tylenol). Going straight from 10 to 20 of hydro likely will make you feel sick and dizzy. At most, split the 2nd pill in half, or thirds if possible. Tell your doc asap that the currently prescribed dose isn't working any more, but be careful about taking more and more and more. Don't find yourself 5 years from now wishing you had never started.
