Is it an orange/brown colored tablet that is shaped like a caplet?

If so, it is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they list it as containing 30mgs of Mirtazapine, which is an antidepressant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
