No, there isn't and none could be filed. There is nothing that obligates any drug store to carry any given medication in any certain dosage.
Additionally, doses with more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen in them are getting very hard to come by and will not be available, at all, anywhere in a few months.
The FDA has requested that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose, due to the risk of liver damage and failure that may occur with the long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of accidental overdose. Many companies have already begun to implement the change and the rest are schedule to have it completed by January of 2014. Thus, there is nothing your pharmacy can do about it.
