No More Breastfeeding - Can I Stop Bactrim

I'm hiv positive, but my child tested negative and I was breastfeeding. At the clinic they just gave me nevarapine only. So after 6 moths they gave me bactrim because my baby was experiencing diarrhea, going to the bathroom 6 to 7 times a day. So I just want to know cos I don't breastfeed anymore, can I stop bactrim?
