Absolutely no number or letters on either side. Half white half light green

If there are no markings, it is going to be almost impossible to positively identify. The only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication.

However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
