No Imprint White With Blue Speck
UpdatedFound a clear, sealed, plastic bag with four different unidentified pills (no imprints or markings). They're all different sizes but two are elliptical - one reddish maroon and one with gray, white, and blue specks. The other two are sort of rectangular/elliptical and one is a lighter yellow and the other is tan with orange or red specks. Anyone know what they are?

I'm sorry, but if there are no imprints, they will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have them lab tested.
The only thing we can say for certain is that they are not legal U.S. prescription medications, as they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification.
But, otherwise, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications.
Did you find them in the U.S. or elsewhere?
