Sorry, if there is no imprint then there is no way to be certain of what it is, short of having it lab tested.

It cannot be a prescription drug available in the U.S. though, as by law they are all required to have an imprint on them to enable them to be identified according to manufacturer, drug and dosage.

Since it has no marking, it is more than likely something over the counter, but there is no way to say for sure what. There are many, many unmarked white pills on the market.
