Nivalin For Chronic Pain

I would like to know about the doses of nivalin used for treatment of chronic muscle and back pain (i.e. degenerative discs or pinched nerves like cialtagia / sciatica)?

I know that in Cuba one patient that was tried with Nivalin for cialtagia pain that does not respond to other treatments. I cannot contact the patient and doctor that prescribed Nivalin inyection subcutaneous for two months and the pain gone for ever. I suffer cialtagia and lumbagia and cannot use drugs for problems with my stomach. I need to know the dosis recomended. I am in Florida. My doctor does not have information.
