i use these pills for kindey inffection if i stop usin them wat will happen

If you don't finish the full course of an antibiotic, there is a definite risk that the bacteria that caused the infection will not be eradicated and will develop into antibiotic resistant bacteria.

Such 'super' bacteria can make you very ill and will be much, much harder to eradicate with other antibiotics.
