Anytime you experience such side effects from an antibiotic, you should consult your doctor as it is possible that you're having an allergic reaction or suffering a severe side effect.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Has it improved any?
