Nitrofurantoin is an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections.

Pepcid contains the active ingredient Famotidine, it is used to inhibit stomach acid production and the Pepto contains bismuth subsalicylate and is used to coat the stomach to prevent or treat conditions such as nausea, indigestion and heartburn.
That said, no there are no listed problems with using these together. When an antibiotic is known to cause stomach upset or irritation, some doctors even prescribed medications like Pepcid, at the same time, to help prevent that.
