There are other medications that can be used, such as Acetaminophen/Paracetamol, during pregnancy.

i have taken only one tab of nimekspaz, after two days i got to know i am preganent. now i am in tension will it effect my baby. reply me back soon .

I have taken two tablets of Nimesulide,but I didn't know I was pregnant,for about three weeks.
Please let me know,will it have some side effects on my baby,and what should I do next?
