Nexpro Side Effects / Healing

just under my ribs i have a tightning effect,feel my stomach like bloated and pass lot of air.I know that I am gastric because I did a endoscopy and the Doctor said I am gastric.He treated me with a course of Nexpro [14 days] that was about 3 years ago,ever since on and off I use to take nexpro for short periods.Now since I am having this problem of tightning effect on my stomach I have just started on Nexpro 40.for how long should I continue,will any of my organs have any side effects?ur answer please.

Hi! Am suffering from peptic ulcer and was giving a prescription to take Nexpro 40mg, neopride 25mg od and Librax od... Are there any subtitute for them as i can't find any in my country, i need help with this please!
