OK I never taking birth control before and now my Dr gave me tri-sprintec and i never a my period in August and I started takening the pill Wednesday 27'and started my period on the 30 how long will I be on my period and is it normal to start on week 1???

I can't say for sure how long you will be on your period, it can be irregular for the first 3 months or so, while your body is adjusting to this medication, which means yes, it can also be normal to start at an odd time during the month.
You will also not be protected from pregnancy, until you have taken it for a full 7 days.
