Neuxam Tablet

My brother was advised by his physician to take neuxam for tension cause he feels his neck muscles r stretched. He is job-less and has responsibilities - that's why he's feeling stressed n depressed. Is it a safe drug for him? Kindly guide me.

My Dr. has suggested I take neuxam every night and zestril in the morning for high blood pressure... Is it ok for me to use these medications, being that neuxam is for mental disorders? Will it not be problematic?
