Neutrolizing Dmso

Hi guys. anyone know of
anything that will neutrolize dmso? to much of a good thing.

I've been trying to research different methods for doing this, but all I came across so far was diluting it in water to the desired concentration.

One statement I came across says:
"Up to 20 cc DMSO that has been diluted to a 25% concentration with sterile water is often administered via intravenous injection by suitably trained physicians for the treatment of the more serious degenerative diseases."

After reading that, I would think that you can simply use water to achieve a lower concentration, but I can't be 100% sure. I hope this helps!
