Im 40 years old a driver,im taking neurogen e almost two weeks i didnt consult a doctor is it posible that taking neurogen e can damage my liver?

This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of B vitamins, and vitamin E. The NIH warns that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, or diarrhea, due to its potency.
