Neurobion Tablet Dosage Merk

Hi, I had or maybe still have the virus of herpes zoster.I was terribly sick how often can I take safely neurobion from merk, this would be for pain and recover mieline. Also, my collegue, a biology and chemist told me that I should have taken valaciclovir every 3 hours for three days and I would have killed that virus. He said it would not damage my health because it would only be once and just for three days. What would you uggest in this case? I am 74 and totally healthy and happy.Thanks a lot.

There is no cure for herpes zoster, it is something you will always have in your body. Antivirals, such as Valaciclovir can help keep it suppressed to prevent future illnesses from occurring due to it, but they don't actually kill the virus or get rid of it from your body.

Neurobion is just a nutritional supplement, it is not going to alleviate pain or do anything of the sort.
