using this dru for the past one month for low back ache diagonised (?? as Lumbar spondylities)

This drug was prescribled for me for apparent lumbar spondylities as per X-ray report. Taing this for last 40 days without any ill effect. There is 80% improvement in the back ache. But I would like to know whether this drug usage on long term basis has any adverse effect on the Kidneys.
