Nerve Pain And Unctrollable Stiffness Because Of Seizures

hii,my head got operated for brain tumour in right high pariatel cortex region 7 years back.But now i am getting more nerve stiffness and by that i will suddenly loose my left side leg control and nerve always giving me trouble by that I cant walk properly because my left leg fully loose its control and full left part it will continued for 5 minuts and minimum 3 times a day it occures.Please give me the suggestion.
Presently em taking tab.Tegrital cr 200mg 1-0-2 ,eptoin 100 mg 1-0-1, clonotril 0.5mg 0-0-1.
