I'm suspicious of the type of ingredients present in the supplemental drink or Shake nepro for dialysis patients every time I consume it gives me an upset stomach

That can be a normal side effect of taking such supplements products, since they are very potent. You may also experience diarrhea and flatulence, according to the FDA.
