Since this is a foreign med, sold commonly in Mexico, it took a bit of hunting to find. This is basically the equivilent of American Darvocet, but even slightly milder, it contains 65mgs of Propoxyphene and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. So it is not very strong at all, as a matter of fact, Propoxyphene has been proven to be a cardio-toxic agent, that they are currently trying to have removed from the US market.
