Needing Dr In Nc To Write Pain Meds

Im in nc & needing a dr who writes for pain meds i have several conditions that cause severe pain...i have fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, degererative arthritis, perifrial neuopothy, i also have pain problem in my left ankle due to a car accident 6 yrs ago i was seeing a dr in statesville but they wouldnt help me at all they said they could refer me to a dr who deals with this but i have been waiting for those appts for 8 months can anyone help i cant drive anywhere in western nc if need be....someone please help...
