Needing Doctor In Tulsa Ok That Will Write Morphine And Hydrocodone (Top voted first)

I have had multiple back surgeries and have severe nerve damage and further disc issues in thoracic and neck. Been in PM for over 10 years and took many years to come up with combination that worked for me. He retired and sent to new doc who dropped me 3 months later after i expressed concern over being able to afford the treatment route of MRIs and surgeries. Now having hard time finding another and meds are out in few days. I have surgery documents and records from old doctor available but need doc who will write quickly as I will be ill in few days. In Tulsa or surrounding areas. Hell I'll go most anywhere at this point. Already in pain cause I've been stretching meds out and have apparently gone below point of therapeutic help .

Hello, Mick! How are you doing? I'm very sorry about the situation that you're in.

Unfortunately, if you don't at least try to go along with their suggested treatment options and tests, most doctors will drop you, because they think you're just drug seeking.

Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly for other issues? If so, they should be able to refer you to a good doctor.

Does anyone know of one they can recommend in that area?

what bothered me is he did it before he even had my medical records to see all the stuff I had done. I didn't refuse to do the treatment, just explained it would be a financial problem. The rest was an apparent assumption. I had been with one doc for years. Plus his main office is in Austin ,Texas and I never saw him. Just a nurse practitioner who reported to him, which I wasn't comfortable with cause if I had to have surgery it would take months to do anything , so what was the point of having a doc I never got to see? My PCP has taken care of me last month because he knows my situation but he may not do it again. I can't get medical records in order to see anyone else. can't even schedule an appt. without them. So I'm stuck, and I"ll be all out tonight so tomorrow starts a long week.
