Need To Gain Weight

I need help gaining weight. I've lost too much and am feed up with it. The worst part is that now my family is trying to claim I do not eat at all and suggesting I eat every three hours. I do eat. More then most actually. One reason is because I am trying to quit smoking so naturally I eat more as a result. Still I haven't gained any weight. I tried eating high protein foods too and nothing. What medicines or products might I use to help me gain weight again.
